The hotel is amazing. the staff, especially the manager, are excellent and affable. - the location is good for visiting Bangkok, being close to the nearest MRT station Huai Kwang, night market, and nearby MRT. - They serve decent food with a variety of options.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Exceptional service, satisfactory breakfast with fresh cooked eggs and taste good also, for instance. Huge rooms with nice view, very good and courteous staff.

The place was clean, I booked the deluxe twin room with views of the poolside, everything was very good! The location was marvellous and peaceful in the great area. There was a good restaurant, a market and a mall next door.

The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food. the location is unbeatable, right next to the closest train station, other public transport options, and shopping areas.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very comfortable stay of 2 nights. The rooms were bright, quiet and with nice view.

The staff - some of them were awfully rude.

Friendly service and welcome, particularly by the cleaning/room service employees. Also, a quick response re any queries and requests.

This not a complaint, more constructive criticism. The pool water needs greater attention. Both times I used it either there was a chemical imbalance (ph levels need careful checking) or there had not been proper attendance to the water quality (alum levels)

The staff were amiable and provided a speedy check-in and a late check-out. the room was bright, outstanding, and had good facilities, a nice view, and a bathtub. - the location was magnificent, with a short walk to a Chinese restaurant and the nearby MRT. - Really enjoyed our time here.

The food was very nice. Room service very prompt. A very pleasurable stay.

The hotel was excellent for our purpose, although a little our of the way of mainstream touristing. Roomy, but no drawers for clothing, had to live from suitcase and hangers. No problem was too small for immediate attention. Most issues were dealt with in minutes.

Breakfast was nice and tasty, staff was friendly, pool nice and 24 hours available.

Near the bed it could be more clean, windows didnt open properly.

It's a good hotel for that money! Breakfasts are good!

Room hearing! Soundproofing is not good

On the confirmation I received from Booked.net it says: "Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge." But under Important information it says: "Wireless Internet is available in Deluxe room only and Free of charge." It would be nice if there was a consequence in the message. It cost an extra 100Baht for Internet in the Studio rooms.

The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was peaceful and very near to a Chinese restaurant. - It's really close to the train station, cafes, and the nearest MRT station, Huai Kwang night market.

Huge room, tidy with good facilities👌😀

Rooms are decently sized and comfortable.

Breakfast variety and Cable channels are limited. The washroom shower head had fungus growing on it. Water pressure insufficient.
